Our black tam is a high-quality velvet hat that’s perfect for academics and college students. This cap is typically worn by professors, PHDs, and Ed.S graduates. These tams include a fluffy, raised top and a soft elastic band that comfortably fits your head. While these caps are adaptable, we do provide three sizes to accommodate a variety of head types and provide a tailored look.
Each tam has a towering pile and is composed of soft, textured velvet. Our tams come in a variety of styles, including those with and without tassels. Any of our enormous college tassels can be safely attached to this tam’s prominent button at the center position. The tams are available in three different shapes to satisfy the needs of each school: 4, 6, or 8 sided.
